A rather old post on luxury islands at Blavish raised my eyebrows this week. Let’s check the three most expensive islands on the planet.

1.) Cerralvo Island is an estate for $35 million in the Sea of Cortez (Mexico). Many paradise beaches and some deep waters for fishermen who like big.

2.) Pakatoa Island lies in Hauraki Gulf (New Zealand) there’s a $35 million island with an inactive resort. Beachside cabins hillside cottages included.

3.) Isla de sa Ferradura is the most expensive of the three. It lies near the party island of Ibiza (Spain). For $39.7 million you get an island with a huge luxury home and a swimming pool.
